I've been super busy with personal issues, and also cleaning and preparing for vacation, and working on a recycled journal swap project! Sneak previews:
great except for one thing.........the masking tape...it will be really yucky in a year or two... go get the some glue sticks (look for acid free) the make inexpensive ones acid free too.)
that's a bummer to hear about the masking tape. i'm seeing a lot of masking tape in creative blogs as a decorative element. i think it's cute. i wonder if there is a way to preserve it. maybe modge podge? and...amy, i'm excited about these art journals too. i want to keep my journals for myself, so hopefully the other girls will love them. i can't wait for my package of them later this summer!!!!
I use masking tape on pretty much every single page I do....I am thinking you can probably buy archival spray and spray it.....I am not sure.....That stinks....I LOVE masking tape....I have taken a lot of altered book classes and the instructors always use masking tape.....
